it works great, first time I've used that research it feature myself, I pressed the insert spacebar, heard a click sound kindof like the forms mode sound, then I pressed the R, got an edit box, I put something in it and a list came back of stuff to search through, I guess. I didn't do it as of yet but pretty simple it seemed to be. ----- Original Message ----- From: "allen dunbar" <allendun...@tx.rr.com>

If you hear "Home Row Utility" when you press Insert + Space you must not be using JAWS 11. JAWS 11 is the first version to provide the ResearchIt feature. The ResearchIt feature uses Insert + Space, then the R key. The Home Row Utility keystroke was changed.

hi:
try april 14th.
you'll only see two scores for that date.
there should be at least three.
the flyers vs. devils score is not there.
plus, that particular pairing does not show up in the next couple of days either.
neither does the montreal canadiens.
so I stand by my original complaint.

hi:
notice another problem with researchit.
the nhl schedule and scores do not show all teams.
checked the last several days and not all the playof team schedules and
scores do not show up.
am glad to see the nhl but this is almost useless.
please fix it.
thanks.

Research It is working ok for me, but I do have a question about the info going to a second page. I looked up a name and there were over 60 replies with the first 10 or so showing. I could not find a continue button or a way to access the remaining entries. I'm probably overlooking something.

It works fine here. Try deleting your user settings for JAWS. That's how I fixed it as initially it didn't work as the web page opened but with a
blank
virtual cursor. So take I clicked on a news story with BBC News? The web page opens but with a blank virtual cursor. Deleting my user settings and problem solved. So try that, rather than uninstalling or complaining to
FS.
