Hi all,
the other day, there was a mager issue with Verizon, and it happened just after
I installed jaws 11.1430so, I thought it was because of the jaws update,
11.1430, but it wasn't. well, in resolving the Verizon issue, I realized that
I didn't have to uninstall the latest jaws update. So, I tried to reinstall it
again. But, jaws keeps saying that the product is still running on my computer.
it isn't. I have jaws 11.1.34 on here but not the latest update. Is there any
way I can get FS to download the latest update to my computer again?
It was my error to uninstall it, I realize that, but I'd like to reinstall it
again. I am running windows 7, 64 bit machine and jaws 11.1.34 on it. Jim
