Hi Rich,

Sorry about that, my Vista operating system had a sort by choice but I notice 
on this XP machine there is not one.  However, in the list view with nothing 
selected use the application key.  Use down arrow to the arrange by choice and 
right arrow.  Find the "name" choice in the submenu and press enter key.  If 
your files are in descending order this will put them in ascending order and 
vice versa.

Brian, thanks, but when I hit the application key, there is no sort menu option.
What am I doing wrong?
