Oops, I forgot about that dongle. You're absolutely right Chris. You can run jaws normal on a Windows 7 model with Home premium but it won't work at all with Windows Professional or Ultimate. I remember reading that somewhere so I suppose that Chris is on top of this one too. My apologies, Val. I was concentrating on the machine not the software.
