My brother worked on my computer today and after he left I started having
this problem.I know he down loaded some updates for my computer.
I'm not sure what version of the internet I have.

When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent document
and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
I'm using jaws 8.0.I welcome any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
