My brother already went home so if anyone has step by step instructions to
re install i e 7 could they send them to me.
I'm using Jaws 8 with windows xp.

Tell your brother to uninstall Internet Explorer 8 so that you have IE 7,
which works with JAWS8.

My brother worked on my computer today and after he left I started
having this problem.I know he down loaded some updates for my computer.
I'm not sure what version of the internet I have.

When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent document
and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
