Yes, I have the Perl but it ran fine. When you said you set up the process successfully, did you go to the Advanced section of Openbook, open Devices and select Perl as your scan source?

Hi everyone,



I have successfully gone through the entire process to install my Pearol.
When I open Openbook and use the Workflow to run a scan, Jaws says, Leaving
menus. At this point Openbook freezes and nothing happens.



Has anyone who has purchased a new Pearl had this problem, and if so do you
have a solution. I am not a computer geek.



I would appreciate any advice you might have.



I have already e-mailed FS.
