Usually the help key is the far left key on IBM/Lenovo notebooks. It is used
with certain of the function and other keys to operate hardware functions
such as turning off the screen, operating the WiFi and ?Bluetooth radios and
the Infra red transmitter/receiver and magnifier, things like that.
immediately to it's right is usually the Control key then on the two
computers I have owned is the Windows key and the Alt Key. then the Space
Bar then Alt, the Applications Key and another control key. To the right of
all that is a 6 pack, the inverted 'T' arrow keys and to the left of the Up
Arrow key is a key which goes back a page in Internet Exploder and Windows
Exploder and on the right a key which goes forward.

you may have an fn key too which is the second from the left or left of
control then the windows key and altt is next to the space bar

That Help key is usually used in conjunction with some of the function
or other keys for funky actions like putting the screen off or sleep
mode or operating Bluetooth or the WiFi radios things like that.
Look on the left of the spacebar, you will probably find ALT then
Windows Logo then another Control key. Maybe the applications key too.

regarding the windows key, from right to left, I am seeing my spacebar,

You don't have to configure anything. The Jaws key on your laptop is
the Caps lock key. The Windows key is usually on the left hand side
next to the Alt key.
The Pc cursor is the Caps Lock plus the semicolon. I'm not sure what
key is the Jaws Cursor. The Jaws cursor is the Caps Lock plus the
