If it were a general question, I would have posted it to the blind-computing
list.
I am trying to determine why Jaws isn't giving me the information I am so
used to easily finding.
I don't make exceptions for anybody, and if it seems that I do, then you are
welcome to call me out on it,
but take it off-list where it belongs.

In Windows XP and earlier, you could down arrow, or up arrow thru the

menu.
In Windows 7, it is my understanding that the search box is at the top of
the start menu,
if this is true, why can't I down arrow in the start menu?
It would appear to me that down arrowing would move to the next item in
the
list.
