The search box IS NOT AT THE TOP OF THE MENU it is at the bottom it just so
happens that when you press the windows key you are in the Search box and if
you arrow down the cursor is "rolling over" to make it seem like it is at
the top!

Rick, the search box is indeed at the top of the list in the start menu, but
you can down arrow to whatever else is on your start menu. I do it all the
time. Jim
