Gee!  I haven't found that to be the case.  In fact, the reason I
started using Firefox in the first place was because I needed to go to a
page that would crash my computer when I tried to access it with IE 8,
and it worked just fine with Firefox.

Sad, I used to love firefox, until it started freezing and crashing on
every 
single page. I update everytime it asks me too, but it just freezes all
