I don't know, I could not find a way to open those messages that need the
browser, so I don't use the virtual ribbon, if there is a way to do it from
the menu options it offers, I don't know of them, but then I have not used
the virtual ribbons since last September.

Rose,

Just started using Office 2010 and am using the JAWS ribbon approach as I
was unable to tell where I was the other way.
My understanding was the Ribbon choice with JAWS gave you logical access to
all choices, am I not correct in that assumption?

The best reason I know of to learn the ribbon and not use the virtual
ribbon, once thought it was a great feature, but turned it off when I could
not convert those e-mails with the alt H, then a, then e keystrokes and
could not find its equivalent in the virtual ribbon.

Remember that if you are using the JAWS virtual ribbon, the keystrokes don't
work.
