personally, I never had a problem using it. But with me and something don't read. i rout jaws to pc and read or right click on what I need. That makes it about as accessible as you can get. Jaws only has power if used.

I know for a fact (or at least in my experience) that JAWS does not work well with the system restore function because it does not read some of the operations.
