It is a simple way:
Use control shift o
This will bring you to a multi page area including send, read, read/receipt,
compose, signature, connections so that is the page you want.
Tab through this page for the settings and put in the correct pop/smtp etc.

them in windows live mail? Use to be under tools and options.
  a.. Incoming mail server (POP3): incoming.verizon.net
  b.. Incoming Server Port Numbers: 995
  c.. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): outgoing.verizon.net
  d.. Outgoing Server Port Numbers: 465
  e.. Make sure SSL encryption is enabled for the incoming and outgoing mail
server.
