[JAWS-Users] Reading Comments in a document

I have a document with comments.  I can list the comments separately, 
out of context, with shift-ctrl-apostrophe, or sometimes stop reading 
and display the comment at the cursor with alt-ctrl-apostrophe 
(although this doesn't always work).  How can I have JAWS read the 
comments inline, along with the text they refer to?
