Hi Rich,

Also, when in a Word document, try the keystroke Control, Shift, + 8 on the
number row. This temporarily stops formatting from being spoken.

Now, try this for your Say All problem;
1. Insert + V, for quick settings.
2. Arrow down once or twice to get out of the Search edit box. Now, tap the
letter S, until you come to SayAll Options.
3. Arrow down to, Capitalization and make sure this says, ignore. If it
doesn't, press the spacebar until it does & press enter to save the changes
& close.

Hope this helps. Take care.
Mike

  Thanks so much!
  This worked.

Do you have any suggestions on to change the way JAWS speaks any word with
a
capital letter with a higher pitch?
Again, this only happens when I am readinga say all instead of one line at
a
  time.

  Rich
