That is what I got from it, but for vista, win7 and up probably will
have support for later versions of office. Its all about being
current with software. When companies move up its mostly a big jump.
So I can see why they won't to move in that way.

Hi,
I got a response from FS and, as I expected, the official word is they no
longer support Office XP or 2003. They know the supplied scripts don't work
properly any more, but they are supplied for those people who "want" to use
them.
So I'm afraid anyone else out there having to use older versions of Office
is out of luck with the later versions of JAWS.
Perhaps FS could be persuaded to release the source code of the unsupported
scripts to the user community, so that those who "want"
to could fix them.
