If you are in IE or FireFox, and on the web page, and getting such a message,
please contact support. This is generally the message you would get if your
focus was in another application window when you try to invoke Flexible Web.
Regards,
Eric

Jim, I haven't used flexible web, but like you, before I read your message I
would have thought that it worked on all web pages.
Cheers
Alex

Subject: [JAWS-Users] what determines when flexible web is available on a web
page?

Hi all, I'm using jaws 14, windows 7 on a 64 bit machine. I just tried to use
flexible web on the 24 hour fitness web page, and was told that flexible web is
not available for this application. I thought it would work on every web page.
So, will
it work soon, or will it always be limited, and if not, how do I know if the
web page will work in flexible web without checking? Jim
