If you want to blame someone then blame all the criminals/spammers out there.  
They are the reason captchas were developed.  If it wasn't for these idiots we 
wouldn't need things like captchas.
I guess if we catch these people then their sentence should be sitting in front 
of a computer solving captchas for us.
