No you are not the only one when it happens to me it says windows has had a
crash and you must restart the computer to get it working then windows tries
to find a solution but it never does.

Hi,
I too have noted this particularly annoying bug and thought it was just me. I
am also running jfw 14 under windows 7 64 bit.
Has anyone else reported this to fs so that they will recognize it as a known
issue and perhaps address what might in fact be the underlying cause?
I know you shouldn't wish annoyance on others but in this case misery is sure
glad to have company. I thought it was just me (smile).

I am also using a Dell laptop with Windows 7 and it constantly causes Windows
explorer to crash. It often does this several times in a row and I have
reverted to Jaws 13 most of the time recently. The laptop has also started
not rebooting when it freezes. Then I wait several hours and it boots. But I
am sure it is Jaws 14 conflicting with something. I have the Vocalizer voices
set up and I can't remember how to get back to Eloquence in Jaws 14 so I could
check if it might be the other voices causing the problem.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JFW V. 14 crashing Windows Exploer under Windows 7

Hi all,

I am running JFW V. 14 under Windows 7 Pro on a 64-bit Dell PC. When I copy
files from one folder to another folder, Windows Exploer often crashes. I then
need to go into the task manager and end the task. When I cannot end the task
then I need to reboot my PC. The Windows Exploer crash occurs under JFW V. 14
and not JFW V. 13. So I'm guessing that the crash is particular to JFW V. 14.
Has anyone experienced this crash under JFW V. 14?
If so then I would appreciate any tips on how to get around this problem using
JFW V. 14. Thanks.
