No you are not the only one when it happens to me it says windows has had a crash and you must restart the computer to get it working then windows tries to find a solution but it never does.

It often does this several times in a row and I have reverted to Jaws 13 most of the time recently. The laptop has also started not rebooting when it freezes. Then I wait several hours and it boots. But I am sure it is Jaws 14 conflicting with something. I have the Vocalizer voices set up and I can't remember how to get back to Eloquence in Jaws 14 so I could check if it might be the other voices causing the problem.
