Well I am running windows 7, 64-bit and Jaws 14 and am not having the same problem, have not really had any lockups in the latest update. I guess some do and some don't.

It often does this several times in a row and I have reverted to Jaws 13 most of the time recently. The laptop has also started not rebooting when it freezes. Then I wait several hours and it boots. But I am sure it is Jaws 14 conflicting with something. I have the Vocalizer voices set up and I can't remember how to get back to Eloquence in Jaws 14 so I could check if it might be the other voices causing the problem.
