Hi I have never seen Windows Vista, so I can't tell you the folder path to favorites. But typing favorites in the search box or run dialog should work. As for creating the new folders and moving items, since the steps below work in both Windows XP and 7, and Windows Vista is between those two, I would think they would work the same.
