Yes after creating your signatures you must also instruct the program as to
which signature if any you wish to use by selecting it in the list provided.

It was only after I finished it that I realized jaws was moving along quite
quickly, but for me that's normal. Over the years I have developed some
times too much so the ability to move things rather rapidly.

I have to remind myself some times to slow down and for that I apologies.

David, yes, it is the one you made. A mutual friend of ours who is on this
list sent me the link. I swear that the instructions said signature picker,
but like you said that wasn't there. As far as choosing using up and down
arrows, there were combo boxes at the sig new and sig reply/foreward tabs
that said either none or the signature I typed in. I had them on my
signature. Is that what you meant? Thanks. Judy

My guess is that you possibly missed the part where you need to select your
signature by up or down arrow.

It's been well over a year since I did that tutorial so I just refreshed my
memory as to it's contents, no where does it say signature picker. There is
a button that is called stationary picker but I just past over it as it had
nothing to do with the subject of the recording.

My next recording that I am considering doing will probably be the same
thing in outlook 2007 if time and ability come across my desk.

Naturally I am presuming you are referring to the recording I made last year
and not somebody else's.

Hello, I am new to the list; what a wonderful resource,

I was directed to the tutorial on how to create a signature line using
Windows 7 with Office Outlook 2003. when tabbing through I did not find a
tab called signature picker, but one just called signature. I used that and
followed the directions. Then when I sent a test message, there was no
signature. I checked again and in the signature new and signature
reply/forward tabs my signature was showing. My question is whether there is
a keystroke to press before sending an email that will put the signature in
there. Thanks. Judy & Tallie
