I have never encountered a button labeled confirm on Amazon. After proceeding to check out, there is a page to select shipping options and when you press the continue button on that page after you have set your shipping preference, which, for most people is free shipping, you are taken to a page to select your payment option. But once you land on this page, the continue button to complete your order doesn't always work. Clicking on this button is supposed to bring you to the page where you can review your order before you place it. When this happens, I discovered that pressing Alt-left arrow to return to the previous page brings up the page to review your order with the place your order button to submit it. Only after you click on the place your order button will you receive a confirmation email.

That is just weird. My most recent purchase, showed me my amount, item name,
tax, shipping, where it was to be sent to, all that info right on the
screen. It may have said, continue or confirm button, I just pressed
spacebar and it said it was complete, I quickly received the email with same
info..

I did press continue to get to where I am having the problem. I can get
Jaws to read "confirm purchase" (or something like that). However, Jaws
does not indicate it is a button or link. I tried clicking on it anyways
but nothing happened.

Have you tried clicking on continue?
That should take you to another page that tells you what you have selected
to purchase.

You should also find a cancel button, and if you go on beyond that you
should see an option to download to your computer.
Choose to use the amazon downloader, and be sure you install it on your PC.

I've had the same problem. The email they send you is only after you've
confirmed the purchase. They don't label that button for some reason.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Confirming Amazon purchases

Hi,

I am attempting to purchase an MP3 album from Amazon. From the album page
I select one-click purchase. I have it set up for me to confirm this
purchse.
However, I cannot figure out how to get Jaws to recognize the link/button
to confirm my purchase. I am running JFW14, Windows 7, and IE10.

Thanks
