Here is what to do. I had the same problem. So, open your in box, and arrow up and you will find something that says, favorite folders. In that group, you will see an in box. When you highlight that, use your application key and delete it. Now you will only have one in box. If you don't see delete, then you will probably see something that. says remove from favorite folders. So, hit enter there, and your second in box will go away, and you'll only have one.
