Ed, 1. do you have the virtual ribbon turned off? 2. If so, from within a message in the "in box" 3. Be sure to first do the alt key with letter V pressed in quick succession first, 4. followed in fairly quick succession by the letter R as in Robert and the letter S as in sort.
