Try the following... 1. Alt v 2. tab to the view settings button and press spacebar. 3. Down arrow to description sort by and press spacebar on the button. 3. In the first combobox arrow up to recieve and then press the tab key. 4. Make sure the radio button descending is chosen. If not, use your up or down arrow to focus on it and tab. 5. The next combobox will be set on none, if not, use your up and down arrow keys until none is selected. 6. Tab to ok, press spacebar and tab again to close out by pressing spacebar on the remaining ok buttons.
Now, the newest emails should come in at the top and your oldest will be at the bottom. I verified this as I was writing this email, so it should work. If not, let me know how it turns out.
