Trish, the program is the Dimension 4 program that I cannot use. For some reason because my computer has been tampered with against my wishes, not knowledge, by mental midgets, I think I have been removed as Administrator of this computer and consequently I cannot do simple operations that you and everyone else can do. Can you tell me how to check and where if I am Admin. Or not of my own computer? After I determine this, if I am not now, then I will know more and perhaps need to ask how to reinstate my Administratorship once again. Thank you very much for all of your time and expertise.
