It works reasonably well, but I thought there were some programs that reside in 
the system tray and I was wondering if one of those might be accessible.

what about using the research it feature in JAWS? press the JAWSKey (insert) 
+space bar, then r for research, type in the zipcode of the town/city, press 
the tab key and press w untill you hear weather and press the enter key. 
results will come up in a few seconds.

I'm looking for a JAWS friendly weather program that will let me easily 
check the weather in 2 or more U.S. cities.  Recommendations will be 
appreciated.  Free is welcome, but paid isn't entirely out of the running.
