Hi,
You might want to have a look at WetSock from
www.robomagic.com.
It is a paid program which also gives severe weather alerts. All dialogs and
screens are easily read. Sometimes entering the registration key could be
tricky but the makers are aware of screen readers and have been known to
send a registration key so you don't have to struggle with the manual entry.
I have no affiliation I just use the program happily.
I hope that helps.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] recommendations for a weather program?
I'm looking for a JAWS friendly weather program that will let me easily
check the weather in 2 or more U.S. cities. Recommendations will be
appreciated. Free is welcome, but paid isn't entirely out of the running.
