I recall of hearing of one called Weather Bug but that was about 5/6/7 years
ago. I'm not sure if it's still available or works if it is still available
for Vista, 7 or 8/8.1. maybe someone else will have another suggestion.

It works reasonably well, but I thought there were some programs that reside
in the system tray and I was wondering if one of those might be accessible.

+space bar, then r for research, type in the zipcode of the town/city, press
the tab key and press w untill you hear weather and press the enter key.

I'm looking for a JAWS friendly weather program that will let me easily
check the weather in 2 or more U.S. cities. Recommendations will be
appreciated. Free is welcome, but paid isn't entirely out of the running.
