Personally I see no reason for continuing this thread on here at all as it
points to economics and not functionality.

just chiming in, I think FS should apply the difference towards a renewal,
for example, you paid 200 but the rates have dropped to 120, if the user
renews for the next 2 upgrades, that user just pays 40 . this would be a one
time deal.
