If you're using either Outlook or Windows Live Mail, this is actually easy to fix. When you're in your message list, press the applications key on the message that is not junk. Arrow down to the junk email submenu or just press the letter J. You then have some options. I typically just use the mark as not junk option. This puts the message in my inbox and will route all future messages from that sender into the inbox. Unfortunately, it won't move the ones that are already in the junk folder, so you'll have to do this for every message that's currently there. Hope this helps.
