Seems to be a Jaws bug. Have noticed it with JFW 15 and now 16. Very hit and
miss. If you press enter after typing a letter or two, and then do a read
line command, you'll indeed see an email address has been entered. Same if
you begin to type an address and arrow up or down. Differetn addresses will
pop up accordingly.

That's what I do, but at those times it doesn't bring up anything at all.

The other thing you can do is start typing the contact name in and then hit
Ctrl K. This will then present you with a list of all matches containing
what you have typed so far.
The more you type in, the more precise the choice list is. I use this all
the time.

Best,
Al

Subject: [JAWS-Users] outlook not bringing up addresses

Hi, all, sometimes when I am in outlook and I want to send a new message,
after hitting the control n, I'll press the letter of who I want and the
addresses starting with that letter come up to choose from. Sometimes it
just won't do it at all, and brings up nothing. If I shut down the computer
and reboot, it will work. Does anyone have any idea why this may happen and
if there is anything else to do other than shutting down? Thanks. Judy &
Tallie
