If you can figure that one out, let us know. I always loaded it by hand.  
Truthfully, I've never gotten around to using it under Win 7.

No it's my APH talking clock.  I want it to start when my system boots up just 
the way Jaws always starts up and other programs run at startup so I don't have 
to open it every time.
