So how do you turn off the add ins?
Patti
hello there;
if people are using outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, you may consider to disable
all add-ins, now try using the client.
there are different steps for the 2007 and 2010.
I did turn off the add-ins, I have noticed a big improvement.

The 2nd step is not necessary, as when you kill JAWS with the
WIN-INSERT-F4 after the memory dump, it will automatically restart.

Carolyn, try this, if you can get it going at all. Maneuver over to the
start menu, make sure JAWS is highlighted. Then use the kill command (I
think it's the equivalent of Win-JAWS-F4) to really clear it out. Then, go
the desktop (remember, you should now be focused on the JAWS start
command) and load it again.

I try the Insert F4 thing, then Alt Control J always before the guess at
shutting down, but some of the time, that does not seem to work.
