sI am sorry, I told you That the ctrl D was the key combo to go to the address lineBut that won't work with that key combo. You can send a web site to your favorite folder using that key combo. To get to the address line it is Alt D. sorry for the mix up.

I do not believe it will put you in or take you out of insert mode while typing. You can perform most of the JAWS functions using the CAPS lock key, but not all of them. While using the Laptop keyboard layout, there are a couple of functions that still require the actual insert key. You have to use insert+h to bring up Hot key help.
