Don't paste the attachment in the Subject field. Paste it on the Message field. Then shift tab once and then right arrow. You will hear "message". Arrow once again and you should hear your attachment.

If you have a desktop computer where the keyboard has 4 key's to the right from spacebar, than you have the context menu key just next to the right ctrl button. Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead.
