Hi, If, your using Outlook 07 to 13, the command to attach a file is: Alt + H, then A F.
Or alt + N, then A F. Then tab through to the my documents open. Arrow to your music folder and locate the MP3 track you want to attach. Then tab to the attach button. Then, you should end up back in the message body. If you have a desktop computer where the keyboard has 4 key's to the right from spacebar, than you have the context menu key just next to the right ctrl button. Some laptop's don't have such a key, here you must use shift+f10 instead.
