I am talking about, when I'm in the internet government website editing???
Any button, links it raps back to the top and you have to work your way down
again.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but there is a wrap setting
for pdf and html.  Turning this off will stop jaws from wrapping to the top
or bottom.  It is in the settings center.

Is there a way to turn off the element wrapping that Jaws does this is very
anoying when navagating web pages and emails that have content that jaws
will constantly wrap back to the top or bottom .
