Quite untrue, everyone having a problem should contact FS tech support. It should not be assumed that a member of FS is always monitoring this list or any other for that matter. They will go by the numbers, so-to-speak,in other words, they won't look at a single problem, they will look at how many customers it is affecting. If everyone having any problem with Jaws contacts FS, then they have a truer number which I would suspect would translate into giving a particular problem a different priority. Just my thoughts.
