Hi Jim,
Please do not stop giving instructions on how to do different things. I
enjoy reading how people do different things on the pc and in many cases I
learn something new.

Keep up the good work.

hi Howard:
Please forgive me for trying to help you.
I am unable to remember each and every person computer levels on this list.
for now on I will avoid trying to help your request so you will not be
offended.
really, I was not trying to come off as a know-it-all, there are many things
which I do not have experience with on a computer.
I thought you came down a little hard on me, but that's your choice.
have a nice day...

hi jim:
thanks for the info.
but I really do not need the steps on reinstalling jaws.
I've does this so many times, I can do it in my sleep, so to speak. I'm not
naïve.
so just because I asked a question or told about my experience, do not
assume I'm a newbie.
have a nice day.
