No. Look again at my file path -- you will see that mycomputer is not there. 
Follow my string exactly, except substitute your user name in place of mine, 
and your version of JAWS in place of mine.

When I review C:\Users\mycomputer\AppData\Roaming I only see two items
the SpeakOn and Vipre folder which makes no sense to me because I
understand exactly what you are suggesting I look for to change. Nothing
else is there. Very very strange indeed.
