[JAWS-Users] new email account with jaws

I’ve attempted to open a new email account, gmail and outlook, on IE, Mazilla 
and Chrome, but when I get to the button to creat the account, it won’t except 
the command. this happens on both my laptop, and desktop. a sighted person used 
my desktop, jaws off, and account went through just fine. any idea why the 
creat command won’t go through with jaws? jaws 12
