The JAWS command JAWS key-Z is a toggle. Press once to turn off the virtual
PC cursor, and press again to turn it back on. When you have turned off the
virtual PC cursor, go to the top of the web page and tab continuously until
you land on thebutton to create an account. Then press space bar or enter
to activate it. Then press JAWS key-Z to turn the virtual PC cursor back on
again.

Have you tried turning off the virtual PC cursor (JAWS key-Z) and then
activating thebutton to create an account? This sometimes works. Just
remember to toggle the virtual PC cursor on again once you have activated
the button.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] new email account with jaws
I’ve attempted to open a new email account, gmail and outlook, on IE,
Mazilla and Chrome, but when I get to the button to creat the account, it
won’t except the command. this happens on both my laptop, and desktop. a
sighted person used my desktop, jaws off, and account went through just
fine. any idea why the creat command won’t go through with jaws? jaws 12
