you might have to do a restore . I had to do that once on my iPhone 6. I did it through iTunes not via the cloud, just a matter of preference. I recently had a similar issue, my apps on my phone were not showing on another computer not connected to Jaws or windows. but I had to use the window’s system to backup all the apps to a flash drive, then I had to move those apps and it’s folder into iTunes folder into where it says put media here or something along those lines. it worked cause the apps are now showing on both systems. I’m not suggesting you have to do that here, but if tunes is not recognizing your phone, you may have to restore it.
