Hi Jorge,
Windows 10 does have a control panel. Do a windows+x and then arrow down until 
you hear control panel. You can also do a search for control panel and it will 
come up.

Hello,
Windows 10 has no control panel.

Press windows I for settings,
Shift Tab once and type  restore point,
Tab once enter and there it is.

hello Steve,

you have to turn on system restore in windows10 first, in order to use it. 
to enable system restore, go to control panel>recovery>system protection and 
turn on the drives you want to create automatic restore points. once, it will 
turn on, your windows will automatically generate restore points.
