Hello- I just got my old computer back with a new hard drive. I have Windows 7 on it so I used my JAWS 16 disk to install. First it brought up a list of options that my sighted wife had to read to me because there was no speech. I selected run from media and the install started. It did the install and required me to select ok to reboot the system. It restarted and there were clicks and the sound of the disk spinning. Now the computer has gone silent and there is no speech. In previous disk loads it asks what kind of features and then for my product code. I am sitting here for 15 minutes and nothing. My wife came back and said that only the desktop is showing. I hit the windows key and typed in JAWS but that did nothing. I am sitting here with a silent computer. This has never happened before. Any ideas?
