Hi Steve, I have a question about step one on the first set of instructions. It says,
1.. Right-click in the lower-left corner of your screen, and then click Control Panel. I assume this is on the desktop. If it is I click right on the bottom right corner and there is no control panel in the menu coming up. I am using W10 and Jaws 18.
