If I have my way because I am more confident, hopefully grounded in
solid technical argumentation, and this is interpreted as me having a
big ego, is Ginas comment then a complement? It didn't sound like one.
It's a very hard situation here for me. On one hand Marc and the project
as a whole requires me to do the best I can, and when I do I am called
intimidating, not being a team-player, and have a big ego. I don't
understand this, but this seems to be the case.
